Why Botapreneurs
Understand, master and create value from plants.
Almost all of us agree that plants are fundamental — to our food, our health, our environment and the future of the planet.
Yet botanical science — the science that helps us understand plants to better create value from them — is losing its place in schools, universities, families, institutions and everyday life.
That's the need Botapreneurs answers: an international platform that brings together plant enthusiasts, Plant Masters, botanists, entrepreneurs and institutions to grow botanical entrepreneurship.

Our communities
Join our three communities to study, protect and add value to plants.
We bring together three levels, depending on where you are with plants:
You love plants
Curious, passionate, a beginner. You want to learn the basics: botanical vocabulary, Plant Patterns, observation, families and uses.
You want to master plant knowledge
You want to go beyond passion: observe, describe, document and understand plants with method.
You want to create value from plants
You want to turn plant knowledge into services, data, training, projects, botanical gardens or businesses.

The Botapreneurs approach
Learn to observe, describe and understand plants — not just name them.
Every plant gives clues — forms, leaves, flowers, fruits. Learning to observe and describe them means understanding plants with method. It's the starting point of every Botapreneur.
